How do I place an order?
There are four ways to place an order.
- Click our “Request a Free Quote” button on the home page to fill out the contact form with a description of the furniture you are interested in.
- Click on our Contact page and submit your information with a description of the furniture you are interested in.
- Go to the product you are looking for, add to quote, browse the list, and submit.

How quickly will someone get back to me with a price quote?
After requesting a quote online or over the phone, you will receive a response within three hours and a quote within 24 hours. If you need a quote quicker we are here to help, call or email us at (719)599-0300 or email@example.com. (As long as it’s during standard business hours and we have staff here!) 🙂
What are your payment terms?
Pre-Approved Customers: Customers who have completed our Credit Application, we’ve verified their references, AND we’ve verified their credit score on DNB or Reference USA and it came back B+ or higher.
First Order: Pre-payment in full
Subsequent orders: For orders less than $5K: net 30 payment terms
For orders of $5K or higher: 50% deposit, balance due NET 15
New Customers and/or customers not pre-approved with payment terms: Prepayment in full required on all contract furniture.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners), checks, and money orders (all funds in USD).
Please note that Equip only charges sales tax for necessary states.
Is Freight included in the pricing?
We can always include freight in your quote upon receiving a shipping address.
Do you offer any discounts for quantity orders? Any special promos?
We offer a quantity discount for larger orders.

Do you offer “price matching”?
We strive to offer our customers top quality products at competitive prices with excellent customer support. If you have a quote for furniture from another supplier, we are happy to look at it and do our best to match it.

What is the lead time?
Lead time varies from quick-ship to 14+ weeks depending on brand, customization, or furniture type.
Do you offer custom furniture?
Yes, we offer an array of customizable furniture based on quantities, style, color, material, etc.
What if I don’t find what I’m looking for?
If you cannot find a specific product or type of product, contact us at (719)599-0300 or email@example.com as we don’t have all products on our website and offer customizable options.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes, all products we carry are commercial grade and carry a warranty varying from 1-10 years.
Is assembly required for furniture items?
Depending on the item, some assembly may be necessary. If you have questions regarding the assembly of your item, contact us at (719)599-0300 or firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged without written pre-authorization. Merchandise approved for return is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Freight out and return freight will be the customer’s responsibility. To request a return authorization, call (719)599-0300. Items eligible for return must be in their original condition and packaging and will be approved upon inspection.
